Finca Los Girasoles (the sunflowers), located in Marcala, La Paz Honduras is owned and managed by Rossy Urquia, whose family has been in the coffee production business for over 43 years. Her father’s guidance and grooming sparked a passion in her to leave her own mark on the coffee world. Rossy established Finca Los Girasoles 3 years ago and has been experimenting with different farming practices and processes. One of which is planting sunflowers twice a year to attract bees which facilitates pollination of her coffee plants. Her innovation and passion for the craft of cultivating great coffee is reflected in a well balanced, clean cup you will enjoy.
