Santiago D’Tronconi’s 50 acre farm, Finca D’Tronconi, is nestled high up in the mountains of Marcala, La Paz, Honduras. His commitment to growing high quality coffee using organic, sustainable methods is just one of the reasons Los Altos has partnered with “Tio Chago”. His farm was our introduction into the coffee world so it will always hold a special place at Los Altos. Santiago experiments with honey and natural processing. His farm is home to 5 bee colonies he uses for pollinating not only his coffee crops but the hundreds of trees he plants as part of his reforestation efforts.
